Dineso
Terms of service
Effective from October 26, 2026
These terms govern the use of Dineso by restaurants, by the companies and diners who order from them, and by visitors of the public restaurant pages. Creating an account means agreeing to them.
Operator and contact
Pavel KonečnýSole trader established in the Czech Republic, registered in the Czech Trade Register; VAT payerCompany ID (IČO): 01824848VAT ID (DIČ): CZ8711104457Dětenická 54/8, Kbely, 197 00 Praha 9info@dineso.cz1.What Dineso is
Dineso is an online platform on which a restaurant plans and publishes its menus, takes lunch orders from business customers, prepares kitchen prep sheets and issues monthly invoices. The operator named above, a sole trader established in the Czech Republic, provides the platform; the restaurant provides the food.
Restaurants use Dineso under a separate service agreement with the operator. Diners use it on the invitation of their company and its restaurant. Visitors may read the public restaurant pages without an account.
2.Accounts
Registration is by invitation only. You must give accurate information and keep your login credentials to yourself; everything done with your account counts as done by you until you tell us it was compromised. Change your password immediately if you suspect misuse.
One diner account is linked to one company. Restaurant accounts are managed by the restaurant's owner, who is responsible for the people they give access to.
3.Ordering
A diner orders against the menu a restaurant has published for a given day. Every restaurant sets a daily cut-off; orders can be placed, changed or cancelled in Dineso only until that time. After the cut-off the order is final and the restaurant cooks it.
The sale of the meal is a contract between the diner's company and the restaurant. Dineso is not a party to it, does not handle payments, and is not responsible for the food, its delivery or its price.
Prices, allergens, portion sizes and descriptions are entered by the restaurant, which is responsible for their accuracy. Allergen information in Dineso is what the restaurant declared; ask the restaurant if your health depends on it.
4.Invoicing
At the end of each month Dineso compiles the orders of each customer company into a monthly summary. When the restaurant confirms it, the summary becomes an invoice issued by the restaurant to the company, with a number from the restaurant's own gap-free sequence, and can no longer be changed in Dineso.
The restaurant is the issuer of the invoice and responsible for its correctness, including VAT. Corrections to a confirmed invoice are made by the restaurant outside Dineso in accordance with tax law.
5.Acceptable use
You may not use Dineso to break the law, to harm other users, or to interfere with the service: no attempts to access data of another restaurant or company, no automated scraping of authenticated pages, no probing of security measures beyond what you are authorised to test, and no uploading of content you have no right to publish or that is unlawful.
Restaurants are responsible for the content they publish: menu texts, photos, logos and their public page.
6.Availability and changes
We run Dineso with reasonable care and aim for continuous availability, but we do not guarantee it. Maintenance, failures of providers we rely on, or circumstances beyond our control may interrupt the service. We announce planned maintenance in advance where we can.
We develop Dineso continuously and may add, change or retire features. Changes that materially reduce what a restaurant has paid for are governed by its service agreement.
7.Liability
To the extent permitted by Czech law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss caused by data entered incorrectly by a restaurant or its customers, by a missed cut-off, or by unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Towards restaurants, the limits of liability in the service agreement apply.
8.Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
9.Ending the relationship
A diner can erase their account at any time under Profile → Privacy & data. A restaurant ends its use of Dineso under its service agreement; its diners' accounts are disabled with it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where the circumstances allow one, and immediately where the security of the service or of other users is at stake.
10.Intellectual property
Dineso, its software, design and documentation belong to the operator or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as described here. Content you upload stays yours; you grant us the right to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service.
11.Governing law, courts and language
Dineso is a Czech service: its operator is established and does business in the Czech Republic. These terms and every legal relationship arising from the use of Dineso are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
Disputes are decided by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
If you use Dineso as a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection that the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you, including where you may bring a claim. A consumer may also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz) for out-of-court resolution.
These terms are written in Czech. The English version is a translation for convenience; if the two differ, the Czech version prevails.
If a provision of these terms proves invalid, the rest remains in force.
12.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current wording is always published here with its effective date; signed-in users are told about material changes in the application, and continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
